A reservation is not a ticket purchase

Reserving tickets on this site holds them for you to pay for in person at the shop. It is not a payment and not a ticket. Reservations are held for three days and are released automatically after that, and released tickets go back on sale to everyone.

Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come basis. Where you buy online instead, the sale is made by the venue and their terms and fees apply to it.

Event dates, times, venues and line-ups can change. Where an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the ticket seller's own refund terms apply to any purchase you have made.

Prices, payment and what you owe

Prices shown on this site for collection at the shop are the full price you pay there. There is no booking fee on a reservation, and payment is made in person in cash or by card when you collect.

Buying online is a sale made by the venue on their own ticketing system, not by us. Their price includes their booking fee, their terms apply to that purchase, and we do not take your payment or see your card details.

Prices can change between phases of the sale. The price that applies to you is the one shown when you reserve, and it is the amount stated in your confirmation email.

Refunds, cancellation and rescheduling

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once paid for, except as set out below. Please be sure before you pay.

If the event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the price you paid us. Where you bought online from the venue, their refund process applies and they hold your payment, so refunds for those purchases come from them.

If the event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us and we will refund the price you paid us.

We are not able to refund booking fees charged by the venue, travel, accommodation or any other costs you incur.

A reservation you never collect is not a purchase and nothing is owed by either side — the hold simply lapses after three days and the tickets return to sale.

Collecting your tickets

You must present your unique reservation code at the shop to collect. It is in your confirmation email and on the screen shown when you reserved — bring it on your phone or write it down. Staff find your tickets by that code, and we may also ask for the name the reservation was made in.

Anyone presenting your code can collect your tickets, so do not share it or post it publicly.

Your code can be used once. As soon as your tickets are handed over it is marked as collected and stops being valid, and it cannot be used to claim tickets a second time.

If you cannot find your code, contact us before you travel to the shop and we can re-send your confirmation to the email address you reserved with.

Tickets are held for three days from the time you reserve. After that the hold is released automatically and the tickets return to general sale.

Your ticket is like cash

Tickets collected at the shop are physical tickets. Whoever holds one can use it to enter, so please treat it exactly as you would cash.

We cannot replace a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket, and we cannot issue a duplicate. Reissuing would mean two tickets existing for one place, and the second person to arrive would be turned away at the door.

Do not post photographs of your ticket publicly. A visible barcode or number can be copied and used before you arrive.

Tickets are sold for personal use. Reselling above the price you paid, or reselling as part of a business, is not permitted, and we may cancel tickets we reasonably believe have been resold that way without a refund.

Getting in on the night

Entry is subject to the venue's own conditions of entry and to any age restriction stated for the event. You may be asked for photo identification.

The venue may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave — for example for behaviour that puts others at risk, or for arriving intoxicated. No refund is due where entry is refused or someone is removed on those grounds.

Doors, set times and the running order are set by the venue and the artists and can change without notice. Support acts are not guaranteed and a change to the line-up is not grounds for a refund unless the headline performance does not take place.

Late arrival may mean waiting for a suitable break before being seated or admitted.

Filming and photography

The event may be photographed, filmed or recorded. By attending, you accept that you may appear in those recordings and that they may be used to promote this and future events, without payment to you.

Your own recording is subject to the venue's and the artist's rules, which are usually posted at the door.

What we are and are not responsible for

We promote this event. We do not own or run the venue, and we do not control what the venue or the artists do on the night.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything written here.

Beyond that, our responsibility to you in connection with a ticket is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

We are not liable for a failure caused by something outside our reasonable control — including severe weather, illness of an artist, a public health order, a power failure, or the venue becoming unavailable. Where that stops the event going ahead, the cancellation and rescheduling section above applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one you accepted when you reserved, and we keep a record of which version that was.

Changes are not applied backwards to a reservation or a purchase already made.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute is subject to the courts of California.

The pre-sale (closed)

The pre-sale signup that previously ran on this site is closed and no longer accepts entries. Signing up was never a payment or a ticket, and everyone on that list was sent their buy link.

We still hold the details of people who signed up, and this section is kept so it stays clear what those entries were for. How that information is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Email messages

Reserving tickets, or signing up while the pre-sale was open, subscribes you to emails about this event and future events we promote. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Text messages

Text messages are optional. You only receive them if you ticked the SMS consent box when you gave us your number, and ticking it is never a condition of reserving or of buying tickets.

If you opted in, you receive messages about this event — your confirmation, and occasional updates about the show. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The information you give us

Give us accurate details. The name you enter is the name the shop checks when you collect, and an email address or phone number you do not control means you will not receive your reservation code.

Do not sign up on someone else's behalf without their permission, particularly for text messages — consent to be texted has to come from the person who owns the number.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed materially.
